This made me laugh...
I was browsing a political debate forum for some ideas for something elsewhere, when I ran into a thread asking "how many infractions do you have?" I figured "I can't be reading this right..." and had to check it out. Sure enough, they're discussing just how many times they've gotten in trouble for breaking the rules...
"Hey everyone! How many times have you gone to jail? I've been there # and proud of it! Woooo! Whole world know my record!" I wonder...are there criminals out there that do that? Or people who ask each other how many times they've had detention? Or how many times they've been in a psych ward? Etc. etc. And publicly, no less - this was NOT something I had to register to read; it's available for the whole WORLD to see not even just members. And I've heard people act like it was bad that in certain situations people will look at each other and ask "what are you in for?" (sometimes phrased differently, but the same point)...bragging about how many times you've been in trouble on a site. And one person really was bragging "# infractions and # warnings and I wear them all with pride!" I mean really, wtf? Wow...Just...wow... Oh my... as my luck would have it, I've been informed that there are in fact criminals who go announce their record for the world to know... even via facebook and twitter, lol. What can I say? People are stupid...

Well, sometimes some people just think that its a good point for them or that's what they are good at. Though we all know that going to jail or by just simply breaking the house rules doesn't add up to the positive side of people.
The thing is, this people have a different view in life. They thought that they would be looked upon by other people if they will brag about the infractions they had committed in the past just like those people who genuinely did a good thing. So I think these people should be brought to a psychiatrist. |
